Harold Van Eeden

Managing Partner | Strategist and Expert in Commercial Payments

Harold Van Eeden is a seasoned payments industry executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across both global and emerging markets.

Prior to TransactIQ, Harold held senior leadership roles at Visa, including Senior Director, CEMEA B2B Solutions, and Director, Sub-Saharan Africa Commercial Business. In these roles, he led high-impact strategic initiatives to expand commercial and B2B payment capabilities, strengthen ecosystem partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of modern payment solutions across diverse and complex markets.

Harold is widely recognised for his ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions, combining deep industry expertise with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Charles Campbell

Managing Partner | Payments, consulting and analytics professional

With 20 years of global experience across advisory, implementation services and training, Charles Campbell has built and led high-performing teams that help financial institutions turn data and strategy into tangible commercial results. He currently serves as Managing Partner at TransactiQ, where he leads advisory and implementation services focused on consumer payment solutions.

His career spans a variety of senior roles at Visa — where he headed the CEMEA Consulting & Analytics implementation services practice — as well as specialist analytics firms Qarar and Principa, where he delivered credit risk analytics and consulting engagements for banks and lenders worldwide, with most of his engagements concentrated across the Middle East and Africa.

Charles holds advanced degrees in Operations Research from Stellenbosch University and brings a rare combination of quantitative depth and commercial acumen to every engagement.
